A highly successful Information Technology recruitment organization is seeking an experienced recruiter to support its efforts in the recruitment and placement of contract, contract-to-hire, project, and permanent IT consultants. The successful candidate will have specific recruiting job assignments, but will have the flexibility to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Receive and review requisitions from customers.
Develop job specifications for posting on job search sites.
Receive and qualify prospective consultants.
Maintain database of consultants for future client requisitions.
Manage the interview and selection process.
Complete administrative paperwork to secure candidates.
Work closely with a team of business development personnel in the identification and placement of consultants with clients.
Format consultant resumes.
The recruiter must have proven experience in recruitment and placement of IT professionals.
