In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for selling Accounting & Finance staffing solutions (contract and direct hire) to prospective clients within the local market. The Account Executive is responsible for the planning, execution, cultivation and monitoring of accounts. Business development activities include: sourcing, qualifying clients, identifying potential decision makers, establishing contact relationships, completing company and department profiles, working with internal recruiters, marketing candidates, and scheduling client visits. To be considered, you must have a minimum of one year of experience in outside B2B sales/client development within the staffing and/or related industries. BA/BS degree is preferred. Must know how to grow a territory and convey strong relationship building skills, high energy, and enthusiasm, with a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations. Must be self-motivated and self-directed as well as possess time management and organizational skills. In addition, you must be proficient in handling difficult client negotiations with professionalism and respect, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
