Branch Operations Manager for a Clerical / LI Staffing Office

Job Description: 

BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGER

Principle purpose of this position: To direct and guide a team of 6 to successfully serve customers. To be knowledgeable of and ensure that our service delivery systems are in place and are being followed. Maintain operating expenses within budgeted allowances.

Principle accountability of this position:

To get to know customers, learn their needs and to provide service that exceeds the customer's expectations.

Know our Customer Service System.

Know our Employee Selection System, and see that it is in place and applied.

Know our Sales process and understand the value of the Operations process to Sales.

Handle customer matters courteously, timely and effectively.

Know our payroll system and ensure it is working to benefit our temporary employees.

Direct and guide the Operations staff to achieve Branch objectives and meet daily priorities.

Prepare and submit various reports concerning Operations activity as prescribed. Monitor and inspect our service delivery system to ensure successful utilization.

Document all activity in the system.

Participate willingly in branch meetings.
