A highly successful legal recruitment organization is seeking an experienced recruiter to support its efforts in the recruitment and placement of contract and direct hire professionals. The successful candidate will have specific recruiting job assignments, but will have the flexibility to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Receive and review requisitions from customers.
Develop job specifications for posting on job search sites.
Receive and qualify prospective candidates.
Maintain database of candidates for future client requisitions.
Manage the interview and selection process.
Work closely with a team of business development personnel in the identification and placement of candidates with clients.
