IT Account Executive/Business Development
Looking for a passionate & enthusiastic Account Executive. Whether you have staffing industry or recruiting or other relevant service industry experience this an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to join a winning team of industry leaders and advance through performance and professional growth.


Working onsite within a strategic customer assisting a Sr. Account Manager in growing the companies  brand within that Account. You would do this by creating meetings and forging professional relationships with current and new hiring managers and existing consultant base. The goal is to increase the amount of direct relationship based requirements and customer relationships.

Understanding client business & technology initiatives as well as group specific responsibilities, goals, technology & cultural environment to provide ongoing pro-active staffing & solutions.

Collaborate with recruiting teams to help drive results, manage requirement pipelines, establish customer goals, provide customer with industry knowledge, be aware and map out the competitive landscape, foster relationships with candidates/consultants and provide great customer service.

Develop quality relationships and expand business through understanding of client organizations, structures and service excellence.
The Account Executive is held accountable for personal production while aligning with the overall goals of the Sr. Account Manager and the current customer growth goals.

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience in staffing/consulting or recruiting or other relevant experience focused on providing professional services to Fortune 100 to Fortune 1000 large enterprise clients.

Selected individual will be competent in all aspects of the sales process; market research, prospecting, target client development, cold/warm calling, scheduling meetings, client presentations, gathering requirements, creating value and managing customer expectations while driving results.

Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.

Must be customer-focused, high energy and passionate about building quality relationships.

Ability to self-manage, be self-motived and work within a fast-paced team environment.

Bachelor's Degree required
