Director of Talent Acquisition

Job Description:  Responsibilities:
    Perform executive search habits to identify experienced business development and recruiting professionals for our staff augmentation practice
    Work with business leaders to determine needs and prioritize requirements for multiple locations
    Gather competitor intelligence and network within the staffing industry to build and maintain a proactive candidate pipeline

Qualifications:
    5+ years of IT, Clinical, Engineering, Finance, Executive Search or technical recruiting experience
    Desire to hunt and place mid to senior level sales and recruiting professionals
    Comfortable delivering critical feedback to Director, VP, and C-Level internal customers
    Willingness to travel to field offices and company events to understand needs and learn culture
    Bachelor Degree in Liberal Arts, Business, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related field

Compensation includes:
    Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000 based on experience
    Bonus and Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) eligibility
    Ability to work remotely for the right candidate
