The Market Director is accountable for driving sales and team production/performance in the Information Technology staffing space. Activities include pro-actively acquiring local competitive intelligence, identifying opportunities for practice enhancements, coaching, mentoring, and encouraging collaboration between recruiters and business development managers.
Competencies required:
Proven and successful history of sales and management in the IT staff aug sector.
Ability to coach and motivate team toward individual and team goals.
Ability to successfully interface with major customers.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to communicate with and present at the executive level.
This leadership opportunity includes a highly competitive compensation structure comprised of a base salary up to 180k and incentive/commission plan. Comprehensive benefits package included.
