Slade Crabtree & Associates is in search of a talented individual to fulfill the role of Regional Manager in Houston for a full service staffing organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong business development and negotiation skills, and strong leadership ability.
Areas of Accountability:
-Manage and monitor service delivery expectations of the operations and sales teams
-Completion of monthly and quarterly reports
-Train staff on company policies and procedures
-Meet budget responsibilities and manage SG&A costs
-Management of Profit and Loss Statements
-Supports and demonstrates company’s mission, vision and core values
-Represent the company at various professional and or civic functions as requested
Qualifications include:
-Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and employee relation skills with a high level of energy, motivation, integrity, and passion for excellence
-Strong service orientation skills
-Staffing industry and Houston market competency
-Supervisory experience
The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive base salary up to 140k, bonus plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and 401k.
