It is not enough to do a good job for a client. That’s kind of like saying you should do a good job as a parent, a good job is baseline. A little about me, after traveling throughout the United States pursuing my undergraduate and graduate degrees in archaeology I moved back to Austin in 2009 because I just couldn’t stay away. I love Austin! When I am not helping clients, I enjoy preparing for my level three sommelier certification as well as being outdoors, reading books, walking my dogs, Styx and Zoso, playing with our three cats, The Rat, Chewie and Dr. Loois and cooking foods that reflect mine and my husband Chris’ many around the world travels!
I specialize in first time home buyers, home sales, move up buyers, new construction and downtown condominium sales whether relocating to Austin or already living in Austin and the surrounding areas.

As an Austin resident for 30 years, I have seen this town grow from a medium sized college and capital town to a full scale, major metroplex. As a city, the population of Austin ranks 11th in the nation and as a metropolitan area, it ranks 30th. I was here when the Dot.com bubble burst in 2000, the housing and mortgage crash of 2008 and the Covid Crisis of 2020. While these events dramatically affected the housing industry, they did prove two things. The Austin market is resilient, and people still buy and sell homes.
While the real estate and mortgage industries are rapidly changing, some constants continue to apply. A home is the largest purchase most people make. The selection process can be overwhelming. There are financial and legal qualifications to navigate. And most importantly, knowledge of the current market conditions and how that affects the selling and buying price.
The role of a qualified realtor is crucial to insuring a successful selling or buying process. Selling or buying is a highly emotional, personal, and financial decision, to both parties. Two areas I excel in are understanding market conditions and negotiating for the best possible outcome. I am also friendly, very personable, communicable, relational and work hard to get the job done. I am continually striving to become the best agent I can be, which regularly includes educating myself on the ever-changing real estate market. I recently earned a real estate designation and received my GRI which is the Graduate of Real Estate Institute.
Born in Michigan, raised in Colorado, planted in Texas. Arrived in Ft. Worth with a golf scholarship from Texas Christian University, avid tennis player, mother to three and wife.
